 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic USPS and other carriers are experiencing heavy volume of packages.Your package may take up to 8-14 days to be scanned and shipped to you.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed (Monday-Friday) (from 9-4 ET) .

Excluding major holidays.Orders placed after hours will be processed the following business day.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS/LOST ITEMS

 

Rumière is NOT responsible for delays in delivery or stolen/damaged items by USPS or once delivered.

WE DO NOT REPLACE LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.

Please make sure CORRECT ADDRESS AND SPELLING is written/chosen correctly.

Once the shipment has been packaged and dropped off by Rumière & scanned by USPS.We can't assist you any further.

 All lost/damaged packages are the responsibility of USPS.

Please feel free to contact them for any shipment issues and file a claim as soon as possible.

If package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.The customer will be fully responsible for reordering and the redelivery cost. We will then refund the customer once the product is in our hands.We do not refund any shipping fees.

 

 

STANDARD SHIPPING/DELIVERY

 

Domestic Orders :

 

 

Packages may take up to 1-3 days to be processed , packed ,and shipped. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for standard delivery.

 

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details & tracking number. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

May take up to 1-3 days to be processed ,packed ,and shipped.

Please allow up to 5-15 business days for delivery.

Customs & Import tax fees may apply to some international orders.

If fees are applied they will be paid by the customer.

Custom policies may differ from country to country.We have no control over these fees.

Packages that are undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received.
